EASTERN CNC, INC. Employs an Optodyne MCV-2000W Laser Measurement System. With today’s emphasis on product quality and manufacturing productivity, the Machine Tool Industry is rapidly accepting the periodic inspection and/or calibration of position of CNC Machine Tools, using a Laser Measurement System. While enhancing the machine’s accuracy, this service will also reduce scrap.

LASER INSPECTION/CALIBRATION SERVICE INCLUDES:
Set up of Laser System on machine tool, Measurement of machine tool of initial positioning deviation, Measurement of increments as per OEM specifications, Adjustment of parameters to calibrate positioning error, Axis repeatability run (run 3 passes), Provide customer with final results on paper (graph), Guarantee for 90 days
Above Laser inspection/calibration services, will be provided on-site at the customer’s facility. Machine Tool to be provided for service in a satisfactory cleaned condition and a reasonable area of access to the machine’s work surface clear of fixtures and/or other accessories.
*Note: Laser inspection service is only available for linear axis calibration
